How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want people who contact Shootingbar Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- How your call or message to Shootingbar Concrete went
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- How a contractor we connected you with behaved
If the Issue Is With a Contractor
Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first take it up with the contractor. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep our network honest. Contractors who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Shootingbar Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a contractor, or act for a contractor.
How to File
Email contact@shootingbar.garden. Please include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the contractor
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The contractor's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office, your attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state licensing board may be able to help.
